Tina's Photoshoot in Santa Cruz

Very early on when Visia Productions first started, we jokingly asked our friend Tina to help model for us.  Surprisingly and without hesitation, she said "sure!".  So we finally found a slot open during the 4th of July weekend and picked Santa Cruz as the ideal location.  We wanted to experiment a bit with a beach scene, and was envisioning the shots we wanted in our heads the entire week.  The finally weekend came, and it started out perfectly.  Warm day on Saturday, sunny day on Sunday, exactly as we had hoped.  But things turned sour quickly when Monday rolled around and we crested over the hills of hwy 17.  Off in the distance, we couldn't even make out the sun, and when we arrived into town, we saw everyone wearing long sleeves and pants.  This wasn't good....

It was too late to turn back now, as we were scrambling to figure out what we wanted the shoot to look like given the new conditions.  When we finally arrived at our first location, Tina, being the trooper that she is, didn't even flinch when it came time to take off her sweater to start the shoot.  Even though the scenery and backdrops weren't what we originally intended, the shoot came out beautifully.  It was so easy filming Tina, since she was always so aware of her surroundings and always knew what shot we were going for before we even instructed her.

Thanks to special assistant Esther for helping out on the shoot and being on top of it with all the gear.  From the whole Visia Productions crew, thanks again to Tina for coming out on this chilly day to model for us!!!
